Moneta Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support our Accounting Department with AP/AR duties, monthly partner reporting, and expense processing. You will ensure timely approvals, accurate data entry, and weekly payments by check or ACH, while backing up advisory-fee processes and distributions.

The role supports month-end close activities and requires attention to detail and strong MS Office skills. This is a full-time, on-site position in Clayton, MO with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle accounts payable with timely approvals and data entry.
• Weekly distribution of payments via check or ACH.
• Back-up processing of advisory fees and monthly distributions to Partners.
• Process monthly management compensation with accuracy.
• Administer corporate credit card transactions and expense reimbursements.
• Support month-end close with journal entries.
• Maintain organized financial records per retention policies.
• Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
