Atrium Staffing seeks a Full Charge Bookkeeper for a distribution-focused client in New Jersey. You will own day-to-day accounting, handle accounts payable/receivable, manage purchase orders from creation to payment, and support operations and management with accurate financial records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Experience with full-cycle bookkeeping including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Experience creating and managing purchase orders, matching to invoices and receiving documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting activities (AP/AR, cash receipts, GL).
• Create, monitor, and reconcile purchase orders throughout the purchasing cycle.
• Match invoices to PO and receiving documentation; resolve discrepancies.
• Process vendor invoices and payments; maintain vendor records.
• Perform bank, credit card, and GL reconciliations; assist month-end close.
