Job summary

ADP is seeking a meticulous bookkeeper in Union, NJ to manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations in a fast-paced environment. You will prepare invoices, process payments, and support month-end close with accurate financial documentation.

Responsibilities include maintaining CRM/project cost data and collaborating with operations, project managers, and corporate accounting to ensure timely billing and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations required.
• Experience with Sage Intacct accounting software is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices for various projects.
• Process payments and apply them to customer accounts, monitor aging.
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements regularly.
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting for managers.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable documentation and filing.
• Support CRM/project cost data and job costing activities.
