Encore Management Services LLC in Henderson, NV is seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage assigned client files and support our bookkeeping team. Must have several years of full-cycle experience in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.

You will own client books from coding through month-end close, reconcile accounts, handle AP, AR and payroll entries, and prepare P&L and balance sheets.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years full-charge or full-cycle bookkeeping experience.
• Proven experience in both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
• Experience handling multiple client or company files.
• Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail.
• Able to follow firm procedures and meet close dates.
• Experience in a bookkeeping or CPA firm preferred.
• QuickBooks ProAdvisor a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own assigned client books from coding through month-end close
• Work in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and related accounts
• Handle AP, AR, and payroll entries as scoped per client
• Prepare P&L, balance sheet, and close workpapers
• Keep files review-ready for the team and year-end CPA
• Meet monthly deadlines across multiple clients
• Flag missing documents and unusual activity promptly
