Job summary

Target is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader in San Antonio to guide a busy store team in delivering fast, accurate order fulfillment and an excellent guest experience. You will plan daily workloads, coach team members, and ensure safety and process compliance while supporting sales goals.

Responsibilities include leading hourly staff, improving efficiency, and coordinating pickup/ship-from-store operations to meet delivery standards and store profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Lead and hold others accountable; manage workload and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and ensure a consistent service standard.
• Lead a team of hourly team members, including interviewing, coaching and retaining talent.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals.
• Review fulfillment reporting, identify gaps and develop corrective actions.
• Oversee pickup and ship-from-store workload to enable efficient delivery.
