• Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Ensure every team member is trained and delivers on Target’s guest experience commitments.
• Review area guest, financial, and team metrics to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Lead your team to fulfill workload and achieve fulfillment goals, supporting sales growth and store profitability.
• Enable efficient delivery to guests by coordinating pickup and ship-from-store workload.
