Job summary

Target in Rowlett, TX is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader to oversee the guest experience and the daily fulfillment team operations. You will lead planning, scheduling, coaching, and development to ensure on-time pickup, packing, and delivery with high accuracy and efficiency.

You will hire and develop team members, drive process improvements, and ensure safety and compliance while supporting sales growth and total store profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in guest service and retail operations is beneficial.
• Ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and ensure consistency across the team.
• Lead and coach hourly team members, including interviewing and developing talent.
