Job summary

Target is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader in Brentwood, MO. The role guides a team to deliver an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience while meeting fulfillment goals and store profitability.

You will plan workloads, mentor staff, and ensure safety, accuracy, and timely order processing to support daily store needs. Ideal candidates bring prior retail or guest-service experience, strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail or guest-facing environments preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly associates to deliver Target guest experience commitments.
• Plan and manage daily/weekly workload to support sales goals.
• Coach and develop team members to ensure safety, accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to all safety, quality and store policies.
• Support guest services, operations and compliance as needed.
