Target is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader to drive guest experience and fulfillment efficiency in our store. You will lead a team of hourly members, coach performance, and ensure tasks are completed to meet delivery and service standards.

Responsibilities include planning daily workloads, overseeing accuracy and safety, and supporting sales growth while aligning with the store's direct leadership. A proactive, inclusive leader with strong communication is essential.

Formación

• Guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest-first culture on your team.
• Retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends and promotions strategies.
• Planning department daily/weekly workload to support priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Ensure every team member understands, is trained, and consistently delivers on Target’s guest experience commitments.
• Actively observe and provide feedback, holding team members accountable while recognizing great guest moments.
• Review area guest, financial, and team outcome metrics to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes guest service and coaching.
• Lead your team to fulfill fulfillment goals and support store profitability.
