Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Nashville is seeking a part-time BOSS Fulfillment Outfitter to fill online-ship-from-store orders, sort, pick, pack and load merchandise for shipments to customers or stores. You will ensure product quality and presentation while assisting customers on the sales floor during open hours.

Responsibilities include processing orders in the BOSS system, stocking by UPC, and maintaining a clean, safe back room. Prior warehouse or retail experience is helpful; training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 0–2 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill orders and sort/pack merchandise for shipment.
• Inspect merchandise and ensure quality.
• Retrieve and move stock between warehouse locations.
• Assist customers on the Sales floor during store hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe work practices.
• Attend mandatory training and safety sessions.
• Handle returns and prepare items for shipment.
