Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time Fulfillment Outfitter to support BOSS (Buy Online Ship from Store) operations. The role handles filling orders, sorting, packing, and loading merchandise for shipment to customers and stores.

You will help maintain product quality and appearance for customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include processing orders in the BOSS system, stocking by UPC, and assisting customers on the sales floor during store hours.

Qualifications

• Follow through on order processing up to and including properly closing orders in BOSS system.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and customers.
• Ability to read label descriptions and stock merchandise by UPC codes.

Responsibilities

• Fill BOSS orders by selecting and packing merchandise.
• Sort and pack merchandise for shipment in appropriate containers.
• Move merchandise between warehouse locations using equipment or manually as needed.
• Assist customers on the Sales floor when open and help locate merchandise.
