Job summary

Target in Layton, UT is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader to manage a team of hourly teammates and ensure consistent guest experiences. You will drive daily fulfillment activities, monitor metrics, and coach the team to meet delivery goals and store priorities.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years of age, and strong leadership and communication skills. Retail experience is preferred; training and benefits are provided.
