Job summary

Target in Seattle is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader to drive a guest-first experience and lead a team of hourly associates responsible for accurate, timely store fulfillment. You will guide daily operations, coach staff, and maintain safety and quality standards to support store performance.

The role emphasizes workload planning, performance coaching, and alignment with leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail or customer-service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly experience.
• Lead and develop a team of hourly associates, including coaching and accountability.
• Plan workload to support sales goals and ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Monitor metrics, identify gaps, and drive improvements in operations and guest service.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and proper handling of merchandise.
