Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Tracy, CA is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee budget, people development, and site objectives within the Fulfillment Center. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, coaching them to meet performance targets and build leadership strength.

The role blends operational excellence with team development, driving Lean improvements across inbound and outbound flows while coordinating with HR, Finance, Safety, IT and other Sr. Operations Managers.

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years direct management experience in manufacturing, production or distribution.
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and implementation of quality improvement and Lean initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Overall performance oversight for Inbound or Outbound operations including safety, quality and customer experience.
• Sets expectations for Operations and Area Managers and tracks performance.
