Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Fresno, California, is seeking a Sr. Operations Manager to lead site-wide objectives, drive budgetary and people development goals, and coach a team of Operations and Area Managers.

You will implement Lean initiatives, ensure safety and quality, and partner with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety and IT to secure resources while shaping leadership bench strength across the fulfillment center network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of equivalent experience.
• MBA preferred in Engineering, Operations or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drives creation of quality initiatives and Lean initiatives to meet the business plan.
• Oversees safety, quality, performance and customer experience for Inbound/Outbound operations.
• Sets expectations for Operations and Area Managers and measures performance.
• Leverages managers to source ideas and create improvement plans.
• Collaborates with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety and IT to secure resources.
