Qualifications

• Experience with performance metrics and process improvement and Lean techniques.

Responsibilities

• Drives creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives and Lean initiatives to enable their area and FC to meet business plan.
• Oversee safety, quality and customer experience of Inbound or Outbound operations.
• Set and clarify requirements for Operations and Area Managers; measure performance and provide feedback.
• Leverage staff by sourcing ideas and building improvement plans for the area.
• Share best practices across departments, shifts, and network.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and other Sr. Operations Managers to secure support and resources.
