Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates (OAs) to join the operations team at our site. You will perform picking, packing, receiving, inventory control and coordination with drivers to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Shifts include 1st, 2nd and 3rd, with flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. You’ll stand for long periods, lift up to 49 pounds, and follow health and safety guidelines while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule across peak shifts.
• General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g. Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of an assigned shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product from vendors, ensure physical inventory count matches PO/invoice, and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and overall facility.
• Follow FIFO practice to manage waste and spoilage.
• Contact customer for substituted or out-of-stock items.
• Handle, scan and move product safely.
