Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join our operations team. Directly reporting to a Site Leader, OAs perform picking, packing, receiving product, and collaborating with our partner drivers to deliver items efficiently.

Responsibilities include inventory control, adhering to safety guidelines, stocking and organizing the facility, and supporting food/beverage prep where applicable. Flexibility with shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets, verify inventory vs PO/invoice, resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Maintain clean and organized facility and sales floor.
• Handle waste and spoilage using FIFO practices.
• Contact customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items.
• Operate carts, pallet jacks and other equipment safely.
• Work in freezer locations periodically.
• Prepare, package and stage orders for delivery.
