Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join our operations team. Reporting to a Site Leader, OAs will perform picking, packing, and receiving activities across site operations and kitchen areas where applicable.

Ideal candidates will be reliable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts. The role involves standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 pounds while adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in restaurant or retail preferred.
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product from vendors; ensure inventory matches PO/invoice and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and facility.
• Follow FIFO to manage waste and spoilage.
