Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join the operations team. Directly reporting to a Site Leader, OAs perform picking, packing, receiving, and assist with kitchen (if applicable).

You will manage inventory, handle product movements, and ensure safety standards across shifts. This role requires physical activity, ability to lift up to 49 pounds, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts.
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; verify inventory against PO/invoice.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Maintain clean, organized facility and safety standards.
• Operate carts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely.
