Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join the operations team. As an OA, you'll pick, pack, receive inventory, and support our partner drivers at the site. You’ll help maintain safety, quality, and efficiency while working with various team members to fulfill orders.

Highlights include flexible shifts (1st–3rd), standing for long periods, lifting up to 49 pounds, and complying with FIFO and sanitation guidelines. Prior restaurant/retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule (1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts).
• General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g. Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of an assigned shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product from vendors; verify counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and facility.
• Handle, scan and move product safely and efficiently.
• Work in freezer locations periodically.
• Prepare, package and stage/handoff orders.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
