Job summary

Gopuff is looking for Operations Associates to join the operations team. OAs perform picking, packing, receiving and work with drivers to ensure timely delivery across our site.

This role requires physical work, ability to lift up to 49 pounds, standing/walking through shifts, and flexibility to cover 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts. Prior experience in restaurant or retail is a plus; training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in restaurant or retail setting preferred but not required.
• Able to work a fluid schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift; capable of lifting up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; verify inventory vs orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the facility and sales floor.
• Handle, scan and move products safely; use carts and pallet jacks as needed.
• Work in freezer locations periodically; follow FIFO and sanitation guidelines.
• Prepare, package and stage orders for delivery.
