Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join the operations team. Report to a Site Leader, OAs perform picking, packing and receiving, with possible kitchen duties. You will ensure accurate inventory and assist drivers, contributing to a fast, high-standard delivery service.

We value drive, positivity and enthusiasm for the challenge, with shifts across 1st, 2nd and 3rd; standing and walking are required; some duties involve handling tobacco/alcohol products and operating in cold environments.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Experience in restaurant or retail preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Familiar with basic web apps such as Google G-Suite.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; ensure inventory matches PO/invoice and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the facility and sales floor.
• Follow FIFO to control waste and spoilage.
• Handle, scan and move products safely.
• Move products using carts, pallet jacks and dollies.
• Prepare, package and stage orders for delivery.
