Job summary

Gopuff is seeking an Operations Associate to join our fast-paced fulfillment team. As an OA, you will pick and pack items for dispatch, receive products, manage inventory, and prepare orders for delivery with accuracy and speed.

You will work across shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, lift up to 49 pounds and operate carts and pallet jacks. A high school diploma or GED is required, and experience in hospitality or retail is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Restaurant or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule and be available during peak shifts.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive pallets and verify inventory against PO/invoice; resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the facility and sales floor.
• Ensure FIFO and proper waste management.
