Job summary

Gopuff is seeking motivated Operations Associates (OAs) to join our busy site operations team. You will perform picking, packing, receiving, inventory checks, and coordinate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries.

You should be comfortable standing and lifting up to 49 pounds, working a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and using equipment like carts and pallet jacks. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalence required.
• Experience in restaurant or retail preferred, not required.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (1st-3rd).
• Stand and walk for the full shift.
• Lifts up to 49 pounds and operates equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product; ensure inventory matches PO/invoice; resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and overall facility.
• Manage waste and spoilage through FIFO.
• Contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items.
• Handle, scan and move product safely.
• Work in freezer locations periodically during shifts.
• Prepare, package and stage/handoff orders.
