Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join the operations team. Directly reporting to a Site Leader, OAs perform essential duties including picking, packing, receiving product, and coordinating with partner drivers across our site and kitchen (if applicable).

As a member of the Gopuff team, you will handle inventory, maintain safety and sanitation standards, and adapt to a fast-paced environment while delivering accurate orders for customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Experience in restaurant or retail preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts.
• Basic familiarity with web-based software (Google G-Suite).

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product and ensure counts match PO/invoice.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the sales floor and facility.
• Maintain FIFO and manage waste/spoilage.
• Contact customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items.
• Handle, scan and move product safely and efficiently.
• Stand, push, pull, squat, bend, reach and walk during shifts.
• Move product using carts, pallet jacks, dollies and other equipment.
• Work in freezer locations periodically during shifts.
• Prepare quality beverages and food menu items per recipes and standards.
• Ensure accuracy of food/beverage packaging for delivery.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Receive and store orders, resolve discrepancies with expiration requirements.
• Maintain Kitchen Facility organization and manage waste and prep efficiently.
• Prepare, package and stage/handoff orders.
