Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join the operations team. OAs report to a Site Leader and perform picking, packing, receiving, inventory control, and support for partner drivers.

You will work across site and kitchen (if applicable), ensure safety and sanitation, and handle items including tobacco/alcohol in some cases. The role requires standing/walking and flexibility to work 1st–3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in restaurant or retail preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts.
• Basic knowledge of web-based software (G-Suite).

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; verify inventory against PO/invoice and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and facility.
• Follow FIFO to manage waste and spoilage.
• Contact customers for substitutes or out-of-stock items.
• Handle, scan and move product safely and efficiently.
• Occasionally work in freezer locations and stairs during shifts.
