Job summary

Gopuff is looking for Operations Associates to join the operations team. Directly reporting to a Site Leader, OAs play an essential role at Gopuff that requires drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm for the challenge.

You will accomplish a variety of operations responsibilities including picking, packing, receiving product both within our site and accompanying kitchen (if applicable), and working with our partner drivers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in restaurant or retail preferred.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of shifts.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and move product safely.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets, verify inventory, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory and re-shelve canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the facility.
• Handle and move product safely using carts and pallet jacks.
• Work in freezer locations periodically.
• Prepare and stage orders for delivery.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
