TikTok is seeking a Senior Manager for the Shop Supply Chain & Logistics team in Seattle to optimize end-to-end fulfillment across FCs, middle mile, last mile, and carrier operations. You will design and improve SRE logic, wave planning, and carrier performance strategies, translating business needs into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; 5+ years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, supply chain strategy, transportation, logistics, network planning, operations research, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Own the strategy and continuous improvement of the end-to-end fulfillment network across fulfillment centers, middle mile, last mile, and carrier operations.
• Optimize fulfillment decisioning and execution logic, including order allocation, routing, carrier selection, prioritization, wave planning, and backlog management.
• Develop and execute middle-mile and last-mile network strategies, including lane design, node connectivity, capacity planning, carrier performance, service coverage, and cost optimization.
• Build analytical models, simulation tools, dashboards, and performance mechanisms to identify bottlenecks, evaluate trade-offs, and improve fulfillment speed, cost, capacity, and reliability.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Transportation, Carrier Management, Planning, Product, Engineering, and Business teams to translate business needs and operational constraints into scalable solutions.
• Lead strategic initiatives from diagnosis through implementation, drive stakeholder alignment, and communicate recommendations and measurable business impact to senior leadership.
