Job summary

TikTok in New York is seeking a Cross-Border Logistics Leader to plan and optimize our overseas warehouse network for cross-border e-commerce. You will blend logistics strategy, data-driven analysis, and automation to build high-performing warehouses that support global growth.

You will oversee the installation and go-live of automated equipment, maintain operations, and drive efficiency while ensuring on-schedule delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Automation or related field.
• Excellent oral English and communication skills.
• Experience with leading automated equipment companies in the industry.
• At least 3 projects implementing, go-live, and operating large-scale automated e-commerce systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and optimization of overseas warehouse network for cross-border e-commerce.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and go-live of automated equipment (CTU, packaging, sorting, Put-to-light).
• Drive go-live of automated operations, optimize systems and processes, and improve efficiency.
• Maintain and inspect automated equipment to ensure stable operation.
