Job summary

TikTok Shop is hiring a Logistics Solution Manager in Los Angeles. This role leads the design and optimization of the North American transportation network, coordinating carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to deliver reliable, cost‑effective logistics for TikTok merchants.

You will establish standardized SOPs, dashboards, and SLA mechanisms, while driving continuous improvements in service quality, cost-to-serve, and merchant experience across the end‑to‑end logistics flow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in logistics operations or e‑Commerce logistics.
• Direct experience with transportation operations in the North American market.
• Strong analytics for cost drivers, service quality and customer experience metrics.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration across operations, product, settlement, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement logistics operating processes for reliable transportation, warehouse handoffs, and downstream delivery in North America.
• Integrate multiple service providers to create cost‑effective logistics products for TikTok merchants.
• Establish SOPs, process maps, escalation paths, and dashboards for each logistics stage.
• Design and monitor SLAs across pickup, linehaul, customs clearance, handoffs, and delivery coordination.
• Manage carriers, customs brokers, warehouses, and other logistics vendors; drive performance reviews and improvement plans.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure service quality at each stage and continuously reduce cost while improving delivery experience.
