Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates (OAs) to join the operations team in New York. OAs report to a Site Leader and perform duties including picking, packing, receiving product, and coordinating with partner drivers.

You will help manage inventory, keep the site clean, and ensure safety standards. Responsibilities include handling beverages and food items, operating carts and pallet jacks, and working across multiple shifts (1st–3rd).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in a restaurant or retail environment is a plus.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule (1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts).
• General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g. Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets, ensure inventory accuracy, and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the facility.
• Follow FIFO and manage waste and spoilage.
