Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates (OAs) to join the operations team in Atlanta, GA. OAs report to a Site Leader and perform picking, packing, receiving, inventory management, and coordination with drivers.

The role requires standing, walking, lifting up to 49 pounds, and working flexible shifts across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd periods. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, organizing the facility, FIFO compliance, and preparing beverages/food items when applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule, including peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
• General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (Google G‑Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product; ensure inventory matches PO/invoice and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the sales floor and facility.
• Follow FIFO to manage waste and spoilage.
• Contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items.
• Handle, scan, and move product safely.
• Work in freezer locations periodically throughout shifts.
• Prepare quality beverages and food menu items for customers by following recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure accuracy of food and beverage packaging for delivery.
