Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join our operations team in Washington. Reporting to a Site Leader, OAs will pick and pack items, manage inventory, receive deliveries, and collaborate with drivers to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.

Responsibilities include counting inventory, re-stocking, maintaining cleanliness, and following FIFO and safety guidelines. Light warehouse tasks and occasional freezer work are expected as part of shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant or retail preferred.
• Able to work a fluid schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• General knowledge of Google G-Suite.
• Stand and walk for the full shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; verify inventory against orders.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and facility.
• Manage waste and spoilage following FIFO guidelines.
• Communicate with customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items.
• Safely move product using carts and equipment.
• Work in freezer locations periodically during shifts.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
