Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates (OAs) to join our operations team in Durham, NC. You will report to a Site Leader and perform tasks from picking and packing to receiving product, while collaborating with our drivers and ensuring accuracy and safety across the operation.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 49 pounds, and working flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Restaurant/retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid, rotating schedule (1st–3rd shifts).
• Basic knowledge of Google G-Suite or similar web apps.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for customer orders.
• Receive and unpack pallets; ensure inventory matches PO/invoice.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of orders.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and facility.
• Follow FIFO to minimize waste and spoilage.
• Contact customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items.
• Operate carts, pallet jacks and safe handling of products.
