Job summary

Gopuff is looking for Operations Associates (OAs) to join the Orlando-based operations team. Reporting to a Site Leader, OAs perform a variety of tasks including picking, packing, receiving product, and collaborating with our partner drivers in a fast-paced environment.

You will help maintain inventory, handle food and beverage prep where applicable, and ensure safety guidelines are followed while supporting multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant/retail preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts (1st-3rd).
• Basic web apps knowledge (Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for duration of shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product from vendors, ensure inventory accuracy, and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and facility.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Receive and put away orders and resolve discrepancies when they do not match expiration requirements.
