Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates (OAs) to join the operations team. Reporting to a Site Leader, OAs perform picking, packing, receiving, inventory control, and support for kitchen items where applicable.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy, handling product safely, and following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. The role requires physical activity, flexibility across shifts, and the ability to operate standard site equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts.
• Basic knowledge of web-based tools (Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets and verify inventory against orders.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the facility and sales floor.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Prepare, package and stage orders for delivery.
