Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates (OAs) to join the operations team. OAs report to a Site Leader and handle picking, packing, receiving product, and working with drivers.

Responsibilities include inventory control, order accuracy, and safety compliance across the site and kitchen as applicable. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and be able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule and be available during peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts).
• General knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g. Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of an assigned shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product from vendors; ensure inventory matches orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and facility.
• Follow FIFO to manage waste and spoilage.
• Contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items.
• Handle and move product safely using carts and equipment.
• Work in freezer locations as needed.
• Prepare quality beverages and food items according to recipes and standards.
