Job summary

Gopuff is seeking an Operations Associate (OA) to join the on-site operations team in Dallas, TX. You will perform picking, packing, receiving, and inventory tasks across the site and kitchen areas where applicable, while collaborating with partner drivers to ensure timely delivery of orders.

As an OA, you will handle stock management, adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines, and support food/beverage preparation and packaging.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Able to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
• General working knowledge of basic web-based software (e.g. Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift; lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; ensure inventory matches PO/invoice and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the facility and sales floor.
• Follow FIFO for waste and spoilage; handle substitutions if needed.
• Operate carts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely.
