Job summary

Gopuff is seeking an Operations Associate to join the operations team. You will perform picking, packing, receiving, and inventory management within our site (and kitchen if applicable). You will work with driver partners and uphold health, safety, and sanitation guidelines throughout shifts.

Customers rely on Gopuff for everyday essentials 24/7, including beverages and snacks. The role supports a fast-paced retail environment with opportunities to advance as you help reshape on-demand delivery

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant/retail preferred.
• Able to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts.
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds.
• Proficient with basic web-based software (Google G-Suite).

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; ensure inventory matches PO/invoice and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the sales floor and facility.
• Follow FIFO to manage waste and spoilage.
