Job summary

Gopuff is seeking an Operations Associate to join our fast-paced team. You will perform picking, packing, receiving, and inventory tasks at the site, and assist with kitchen operations where applicable. You will also coordinate with partner drivers to ensure timely deliveries.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 49 pounds, and a willingness to work flexible hours including early, late, and weekend shifts while upholding health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts.
• General knowledge of basic web-based software (e.g. Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of an assigned shift; lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; verify inventory against PO/invoice.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the sales floor and facility.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Prepare, package and stage orders for delivery.
• Move products using carts, pallet jacks and related equipment.
• Work in freezer locations as needed during shifts.
