Job summary

Gopuff is seeking an Operations Associate to join our logistics team. You will pick and pack orders, receive and inventory, and support our driver network across the site and kitchen areas.

This role requires adaptability to peak shifts, basic computer use, and the ability to lift up to 49 pounds in a fast-paced environment. You’ll follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines while ensuring accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant or retail is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
• Basic computer skills including Google G-Suite.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; ensure inventory matches PO/invoice and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the sales floor and facility.
• Follow FIFO to manage waste and spoilage and ensure safety.
