Job summary

Gopuff is seeking an Operations Associate to join our site operations team. You will perform picking, packing, receiving, and inventory management, while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires lifting up to 49 pounds, working a fluid schedule including peak shifts, and handling various material moving tasks across our facility. Prior retail/restaurant experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environments is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product; verify inventory against PO/invoice and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and facility.
• Handle waste and maintain FIFO compliance.
• Communicate with customers for substituted or out-of-stock items.
• Operate carts, pallet jacks, dollies safely to move product.
• Assist in preparation of beverages/food items per recipes and standards.
