Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join our fast-paced operations team. You will report to a Site Leader and perform duties including picking, packing, receiving product, and working with partner drivers.

You will help keep inventory accurate, manage stock, prepare beverages and menu items, and ensure safety and sanitation across the site. This role suits those who thrive in a busy environment and can lift up to 49 pounds, with shifts across 1st–3rd time slots.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred but not required.
• Able to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (1st–3rd).
• Basic knowledge of web-based software (e.g. Google G-Suite).
• Able to stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and handle products safely.
• May work in freezer locations during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; verify inventory against PO/invoice; resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the sales floor and facility.
• Handle, scan and move product safely; use carts and pallet jacks.
• Prepare quality beverages and food menu items for customers by following recipes.
• Ensure health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
