Job summary

Gopuff is seeking an Operations Associate to join the team. You will report to a Site Leader and perform essential tasks including picking, packing, receiving product, and working with drivers. You’ll help sustain inventory accuracy and support a clean, safe facility.

The role blends food/beverage handling with general operations, requiring mobility, attention to detail, and the ability to work across shifts in a fast-paced environment. Join Team Blue at Gopuff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environment is a plus.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (1st-3rd).
• Stand and walk for the duration of an assigned shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and handle products safely.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets, verify counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of orders.
• Prepare, package and stage orders for delivery.
• Clean, organize, and maintain facility and pantry areas.
• Follow safety, sanitation and FIFO procedures throughout shifts.
