Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join our fast-paced operations team. You will perform pick and pack, receive inventory, prepare orders, and work with drivers, all while following safety and sanitation guidelines.

This role requires physical activity, standing for long periods, lifting up to 49 pounds, and flexibility to cover 1st-3rd shifts. We value drive, positivity, and teamwork as you help us deliver essential items across our site and kitchen (when applicable).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in restaurant or retail preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with basic web-based applications (e.g. Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets, ensure inventory matches purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Maintain clean and organized facility and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Assist with substitution or out-of-stock communications with customers.
• Operate carts, jacks, and other equipment safely.
• Work in freezer locations as needed.
