Job summary

Gopuff is seeking an Operations Associate to join our fast-paced operations team. You will report to a Site Leader and perform essential tasks such as picking, packing, receiving products, and coordinating with drivers to ensure timely delivery.

We value drive, perseverance and enthusiasm for the challenge, and you may work on-site in our facility, including occasional kitchen areas where applicable. Prior restaurant or retail exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Stand and walk for the duration of an assigned shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours and willingness to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets, verify inventory vs PO/invoice, resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the sales floor and facility.
• Manage waste and adhere to FIFO.
