Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join the operations team. You will perform picking and packing for dispatch, receive inventory, manage stock, and help maintain a clean, safe facility. The role involves handling items, moving products, and supporting substitutions for out-of-stock items.

Regular shifts across the day and weekend slots may apply, with emphasis on safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Prior restaurant or retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule across 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for full shifts.
• Familiar with basic web apps (Google G-Suite).

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; verify inventory vs PO/invoice.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the facility.
• Follow FIFO to manage waste and spoilage.
• Contact customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items.
• Handle, scan and move product safely.
• Operate carts and pallet jacks.
