Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join our fast-paced team. You will perform picking, packing, receiving, and inventory tasks across our site, ensuring accuracy and efficiency to support our delivery network.

You'll work in a dynamic environment with responsibility for safety, quality, and timely meal/beverage fulfillment while collaborating with drivers and kitchen operations where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environments preferred.
• Able to work flexible shifts across 1st-3rd shifts.
• Basic familiarity with web-based apps (e.g., Google G-Suite).
• Able to stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Must be available on mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; verify inventory against PO/invoice and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Maintain clean and organized facility and sales floor.
• Follow FIFO to minimize waste and spoilage.
• Prepare, package and stage orders for delivery.
