Job summary

Amazon Tolleson, AZ is seeking a Site Leader to drive budgetary, people development and operations objectives across the fulfillment center. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, coach staff and ensure performance targets are met while maintaining safety and customer experience standards.

Key responsibilities include implementing Lean initiatives, coordinating with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety and IT, and sharing best practices across shifts and departments to strengthen

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of direct management experience.
• 6+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
• Experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and terminations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Site Leaders to achieve budgetary, people development and operations goals.
• Manage and mentor Operations and Area Managers; ensure performance objectives met.
• Foster safety, quality and customer experience for inbound/outbound operations.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT to secure resources for projects.
• Share best practices across departments and shifts to strengthen operations.
